ReplyDeletesomeone earlier said the key to weight loss is eating less and exercising more, but that actually isn't true. yes, exercising more will help, but not eating less. if you eat small, healthy snacks periodically throughout the day, it will keep your motablism going. if you wait a long time without eating, it actually slows down your motablism so the next time you eat, you'll gain more weight. also, i'd suggest drinking ice cold water. the cooler it is, the better. your motablism has to speed up to warm the water to fit your body temperature, so it gets your motablism to work faster. also, i say water, because not drinking soda can help a LOT!
