I've heard growth hormones are fed to livestock, (not all) and in turn can be transfered to eggs or found in the flesh of the animal. What are your opinions on this? Any facts?

There was a documented case in south america some years ago where chickens had been fed hormones and the kids who ate it were developing breasts and menstruation as early as 6. One case was about a little boy who developed breasts and female characteristics.
