I have trouble losing weight and my short stature usually keeps me with a bit of a chubby body stature.. I was even considering that I might have growth hormone deficiency. Also, I often have a lack of energy and libido. Some one please answer with advice! I haven't grown in about 3 years?

The medical definition of dwarfism is any one under 4'11. So you are a dwarf. I have a 30 year old sister that is the same height.
