What I am asking is... How does the human body generate and produce estrogen' in both males and females.

What glads and organs produce it, and HOW do they do it???

oestrogen is a hormone which plays a vital role in sexual organs of both male and female.In male it is secreated by testes and it regulates the growth of sperm In female it secreated by ovaries and it promotes the secondary sexual characters like breasts, endometrium(layer inside the utreus).

If DHEA changes into Human Growth hormones which makes us all younger, why haven't we heard about this from Drugstores and doctors?

DHEA anti aging hormone is supposed to slow down the aging process but it cannot actually reverse the aging process.
