In the US, most milk contains:

+ genetically modified bovine growth hormone
+ antibiotics
+ fats and other cow proteins

Dairy is not necessary for a healthy diet and may be harmful to some people with allergies or intolerances. It may not be the best source of calcium. If humans stopped consuming dairy, how would that change the world?

I know testosterone shrinks your balls and makes your voice girly... But does HGH have any bad effects?

its bad in the sense that once you stop using it, all the effects will wear off



so you can get huge and build muscle, but once you stop taking the HGH the muscles will disappear and turn into flab


so basically if you want to keep the effects you will need to take it practically forever
