tie each of your limbs to a horse and have some one hit the horses to help stretch out your legs

  2. You can get taller no matter how old you are. You just need to eat and drink things with lots of calcium. Also exercise at the same time. I wouldn't recommend human growth hormones but if you want to mess up your body functions then go for it.

  3. Haha all i can tell you is to eat your vegatables. Growth hormones are a waste of time, and besides they build muscle. Not grow bones. Keep taking salmon oil, eating right, and hope God has mercy on you

  4. Take Fish oil it helps my brother was about your size and now he's 5'6.
It sounds nasty but its just a simple pill! And there are drinks that help you grow they are with the medicine at like walmart. Canada has a walmart, right?
    Hope I helped(:

  5. I think you should avoid taking human growth hormones. It will affect more than just your height and might be unsafe. Same goes for the omega 3 amino acids. They would help your health to a certain extent but too much could cause heart problems (at least from what I've read.)

And au contraire, my friend. You might still be able to naturally become taller. Puberty may continue until you're 18. If you're still concerned, talk to your doctor to find healthy and safe ways to help your growth.
