I am currently 14 years old and i want to grow to be about 6 foot if possible. i know a lot of it is genetics and eating good food and sleeping well, but playing sports releases extra testosterone and human growth hormones naturally.
please can you put the following sports in order (first being the best helping to make me grow taller/ to my full potential )
basketball
gymnastics
skate boarding
tennis
soccer
football
rugby
street dance
swimming
badmington
karate

Nothing you do will change how tall you are going to be.

No particular sport, but exercise is good for your health. You have 6 - 7 years ahead in which you could grow.

Also eat tryptophan rich foods...

And that's about it. You will grow as tall and as quickly as your genes dictate. Fixed for ever at the moment of conception. All that can disrupt this is severe illness or severe malnutrition in childhood.
