There's something in it that stimulates the HGH (Human Growth Hormone) in the body, it's how my uncle got taller in his last years of growing. He shot up to 6'4, and he was about 5'10 at the age of 20. They say that you can always trigger your HGH in accordance with the pituitary gland no matter what your age. However, I don't know about eating squid. I believe that's right nasty. It's Octopus basically, and that's just gross. I'm 5'9 and happy with my height. I just wanted know if anyone knew about this as a means to growing taller? Basketball players know about this too, who like to get taller.

ReplyDeleteUh, no. I think your uncle had a growth spurt. Men & boys often don't reach their full height until their 20's.
ReplyDeleteI worked in a seafood restaurant for 8 years. I ate squid 3-4 times a week. I'm still 5'3" and have been since I was 11. I'm now 37.
Really??? I never head that kind of thing, if that's so, i will eat squid quite often..
ReplyDeletethis is BS. human GH isn't even the major player in stimulating growth.
