  1. food as it is grown out of the ground, and organic would be best. No meats, or fish would be good. Sweets are not too good, especially artificial ones.

Then there is all kinds of fried or fast foods that is not really food at all, in the sense that they are cooked and made at home.

Highest toxins would probably be soda pop, deep fried or grilled foods are foods that we make more toxic. Foods that are not organic are more toxic than foods that are.

These foods are more expensive, so many cannot afford to eat right. The poor suffer the most. Look at McDonalds in the eyes of a mother on welfare.

She could buy two burgers for her kids for two dollars. The poor suffer the worst foods.

Don't buy that crap, studies show that non-organic produce is EXACTLY the same as organic produce. Unless you don't wash them and somehow the produce was never washed on its way to the store.

Anyway, most toxins? That's a strange question. Fish can sometimes have dangerous levels of mercury. Especially puffer fish, which has neurotoxins, too! Many people get killed from misprepared puffer fish.

EDIT: To the vegetarian idiot: Our digestive systems are like those of other omnivores. We have canine teeth (something herbivores like sheep don't have), we like the taste of meat, and we have relatively simple digestive systems (we don't have several stomachs like cows, or re-chew our food like herbivores). This is all exactly why vegetarians usually have vitamin and muscle deficiencies, and why no doctors recommend a purely vegetarian diet.

  3. The humans are not meant to eat animals..these are toxins or cholesterol in modern terms.
We are made to be vegetarians..but then there wouldn't be enough veggies in the word for everyone..so "other" substitutes has replaced them..
We should celebrate the Happy Toxy Day - make it Public Holiday :)

  5. I would say fish is the worst. Water is a very good way of dispersing toxins. Fish are constantly filtering water through their gills. The toxins accumulate in their fat cells. The further up the food chain you go, that is the larger and more predatory the fish, the more toxins you can expect to be in the fish.
Meats also contain many toxins. The reason is because of overcrowding. Disease is easily spread amongst animals that are confined to too small a space , so the animals are treated with antibiotics and cows are sometimes dusted with pesticides to prevent outbreaks of disease. Additionally the food that these animals are fed is not grown by the same standards as food that is grown for human consumption, so it tends to contain higher levels of herbicide and pesticide residues. When we eat the animals, we are eating the toxins as well. They are also given hormones to accelerate growth.
