I am 15 years old following the Atkins diet taking a vitamin and calcium supplement. Eating very little veggies and lots of cheese to get essential vitamins, minerals, and another source of calcium. I was just wondering If the diet might affect my growth and development.
P.S : I am not trying to lose weight, I am trying to maintain my weight plus I love eating lots of meat.
Ive been on the diet for a month now and havent had any problems ever since I started the diet.

There is absolutely no reason to be on the Atkins if you are not trying to lose weight. And most people fail at it anyway. Fad diets don't work.
You are denying yourself lots of essential nutrients and essential energy from complex carbohydrates.
Never look at vitamin supplements as a primary source of a nutrients. Only as "insurance".
