hopefully your plasmid has protection against another chemical; you treat everything with this chemical and if the plasmid has resistance then everything will die except the bacteria that has taken in the HGH plasmid.

  1. human don't have plasmid. but if you're asking how to test a bacterium for human growth hormone (hgh) recombination into its plasmid, you can perform is PCR test for the HGH mRNA. that should be the most direct proof.
    or you can do a DNA sequencing, but that takes longer.
