I plan to hold them each for 10, 20 then 30 secs in the morning at 4/5pm then at night. If i grow tallet by how much and when will i start seeing the growth?

You cant do stretches to grow taller, if anything that just decompresses your body so you are "technically" taller by like a few mm.

They might make you more supple but they will not influence your height.
