so i know this junior in high school who has to give himself a shot of steroids (i think human growth hormone) every night in the leg. i could just ask him why he has to but i don't want it to end up being for an awkward reason, so my question is why does he have to do this? he still plays sports so i know its not like a ton of steroids...
he is a little below average height but isn't he too old for that to be the reason?

Is he below average height? That is the only FDA approved reason to use HGH, although it is prescribed for a variety of other reasons.
