I've been taking antidepressants for the past week (Fluoxetine) and besides some dizziness, tiredness and once at night experiencing intense shortness of breath, they seem to be working well for my moods. (Also, the shortness of breath isn't an allergy as it isn't under 'allergic reactions' or 'serious reactions' in the leaflet but it is under general side effects, so I don't think the shortness of breath was too serious although it did feel quite severe that one time I was experiencing it).

Today I bought some Niacin (vitamin B3, 100MG) from Holland & Barrett as I understand it helps with fatigue and low moods and so far I have just taken 1. Its the flush-free version if that makes any difference to the effectiveness of it. I also read its good for encouraging human growth hormone and as i'm 18 and a slow developer I thought it could speed up my height as my family tend to have growth spurts around 18-20.

Is it safe to be taking these both together daily? Should I tell my dr? Why might I have issues with my liver?

Trust me, Growth hormones are the WORST thing you can do to your body.

I'm 5"10 and wanted to grow to be about 6"1, so I took HGH (Human Growth Hormones) last year, and it resulted in my Hormones level to be imbalanced. That caused me to produce a very foul body odor, and caused excessive sweating, temper tantrums, mood swings, etc.

I speak from experience, its not worth it. FYI I only grew like an inch.

There is no specific age when growth (in height) ceases... In female, it's around 18-19 and around 21 in male. So, taking growth hormone after these age will not be effective much.

believe me, you don't want to get any taller. Just be happy with the way you are. i'd give anything to be shorter, im 17 and im 6'4". granted im a boy, but still, it sucks. And to answer your question, yes growth hormones can cause a lot of health problems. just stay short, short girls are cute.

you're only 17! all you're gonna do is shrink your testicles and not allow your body to develop naturally. i've known a lot of small/skinny guys who shot up and bulked out with proper exercise after they graduated high school.

growth hormone does not come in pills it has to be injected either into the muscle tissue or in subcutaneous fat. I don't know what you have but it's not real human growth hormone

By taking that junk, you have upset your body's ability to make it's own hormone and your body has become dependent upon you taking it. Additionally, like ALL synthetic hormone therapy such as birth control pills, the feed back loops your body depends upon to regulate it's hormones at the hypothalamus has been altered. Not only does that happen, but it damages the DNA at your cellular level. By doing this, it has put your biofield in chaos. This is further complicated by being in polarized fields where electromagnetic interference fields are encoding your body with embeds. It is very difficult for your body to overcome the negative energy that has happened and it will take a lot of time to get back to normal.

The more EMF you are subjected to, the more biotoxins will be in your body and make it that much more difficult for it to get back to some form of normalcy. Many doctors have NO clue what they are doing in regard to hormone therapies and create these problems in many people by giving them hormones to alleviate hormone deficiencies. Most of the drugs, vitamins, hormones, are very destructive in their effects on the body due to the way they are made.

Not proportionally if you're an adult Your extremities may grow but rest of your body won't, not noticeably anyways.

If you're a child and still growing, HGH may help increase your height very slightly, but it would definitely not be worth the risks associated with the therapy if you do not have a medical problem causing GH deficiency.

Also... good luck getting a doctor to inject you with HGH if you don't have a medical need for it.
