I've heard that "grow taller for idiots" works well. Is that true? Is there anything to do to increase my growth? I'm a female halfway through puberty, so my growth isn't completley done, but I'd like to grow another 5 inched before I'm done growing.
By the way, I'd mostly like the growth in my legs, preferablly my calfs.

Females cannot grow taller after the age of 21. Males grow till age 25. So you, my dear, have a lot of growing ahead of you!

Drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk daily.
Eat lots of protein and veggies.
Exercise! Stretch before and after, and do cardio exercise (no stopping) Walking, swimming, running, jogging, treadmill, bike, or even dancing. Start gradually and work up to at least 25 minutes, 5-6 days a week. Basketball is perfect because it involves stretching and running, but more guys like basketball than girls. (I know I don't!) If you have a dog to walk, that would be great because it wouldn't be boring! I walk on the treadmill and 30 minutes seems like 2 hours!
