I am already doing stretching exercises for increasing my height. I have grown 2 cm in last 3 Months. I am 17 years of age. After the age of 14 my height stopped, I dont know the reason behind it. Well now to the point i NEED to ask u about diet chart from Sunday to Saturday. This diet chart should only be intended for increasing my height.My height is currently 5 feet 5 Inches and I am desired to increase it at least 6 feet. I am living in India in New Delhi. So I want the Indian food Diet chart for Increasing my height. Another Thing is that It should contain high amount of nutrients that are suitable increasing bone growth and increasing my human growth hormone level( which is responsible for growth). Please suggest If u wanna suggest me. And at this age of 17 do u think that I can grow to 6 feet? Also are there any Height Increasing Genuine products (not scam) that can really help me grow taller. Please suggest me. Is there anyone in your relative or in your neighborhood who has increased his height at the age of 17 or older? If yes then please let me know because that will encourage me more because I am very much frustrated right now.
Please kindly help this poor guy by posting your valuable answers. And don't forget the diet chart specially intended to increase my height.

That's not a bad height at all. And, you know your growing hormones stop around 14-16 years of age?

I am not sure a diet like that exist , and I would be careful if someone says there is a HEALTHY "diet or formula" to increase actual height stretching is one thing ,just be careful and don't end up using some concoction that can harm you if not now maybe later there are a lot of products out there that make ridiculous claims and some are made in places with no rules or regulations regarding what the contents are and its a lot of hype just be careful even heavy doses of vitamins can be toxic
