I am 15 years old and 5'9. I have already had one major growth spurt over a year and I grew 9 inches. What would be the best way for me to get taller. I'd like to be taller then 6 feet.I love basketball and I play every day. Any advice or ideas?

Your body will grow naturally, and in reality, besides eating right, there is really very little you can do. But your only 15, most men continue growing until they are 18-20 (women are a little sooner), so you could easily grow another 6 inches still.
