I'm in high school so no websites that are meant for university students please.

I think you're gonna have to expand the base of your knowledge. Insulin-like growth factor seems of interest mainly to university students, doctors, and researchers. Perhaps you should consult an encyclopedia. (I mean a *real* encyclopedia; Wikipedia likely won't help you.)
