I'm kinda concerned about my height. I'm a male, 5'5 and 16 years old. Am i done growing or do i still have some growing left in me. I would appreciate any advice that would speed up my growth process. My father told me that I should run everyday for at least 30 minutes. I've been doing this for about a month now but I haven't seen any results.

The only way you would truly know if you were going to grow is to go to your doctor to get a xray of your bones to see if your growth plates have closed or not.

Only a month??!!? What were you expecting?! My god, are you impatient!! You should know, if you know anything, that it is going to take a lot longer than only a month to show you any changes! Cheez!
ReplyDeleteNo, you are still a kid, and really just started puberty, so you got a lot of growing to do yet. Don't rush it. When the time is right, it will come. Yes, you need HGH to grow, and you have plenty of that. No need to use artifical stimulants to do what comes naturally. You are worrying far too much about nothing.
YOUR genetics determine YOUR height - nothing else.
ReplyDeleteYou cannot re-program genetics.
You cannot MAKE yourself grow taller.
If & when your genetics decide to kick in - growth can occur - & NOT before.
You must have patience - & wait to see what all develops.
