frnds, my age is 21(men)., my height is 5.5., i am so disappointed wth my height., i want to increase my height., i tried some stretching excersizes for 2 mnths., bt, after tht, i left., and i heard of some stuffs tht wuld increase our height by stimulating pituatary gland by producing human growth hormone., they said its 650rs., money nt a prblm., bt, i thnk tht men wuld nt grow after 21., is tht true ?? and want to knw wheather these stuffs wuld work ?? wheathr these produce some side effects ?? or else sugest me some more wich wuld improve height ?? tanku in advance.,
so, !! u guys are saying tht ter s no kind of external stuffs wich ll add height na ?? bcoz, better i can avoid trying thos na ??

My guess is no as your long bones have probably grown together by now and when that happens increases in height is stopped.

But then again I am not an endocrinologist, maybe you are different, but I would not wait long to see one as time is ticking.

If I took legal injectable growth hormone by a pediatric indocronologist in 8th grade (starting out at 4 feet 11 inches tall-legal midget) and now I'm in 12th grade or senior year and i think 5 feet 11 inches and i stopped in 10th grade will i continue to grow after stopping the injections?

no u will not grow nowsince the GROWTH PLATE stops expanding in the long bones!!
also there is no longer HORMONAL stimulus for growth

i am 13 years old but hit pueberty early. Im 5'5, and still going through pueberty. But, i gained 30 pounds last summer, and got really strong, but, i only grew about 2 inches, and it seems to be that, that was my growth spurt. I am afraid that i wont even reach 5'11 by highschool, and i want to be six foot. Is there any way i can get taller faster, and easy?

im 16, i started smoking weed last wednesday and saturday. im just 5 feet 5 and i feel very short. i know stress doesn't help growth so weed makes you relax and it might help producing human growth hormones. my real quesiotn is, have you gotten taller after starting smoking weed or will it ever help?

I had my first period on Feb 1st 2010 and I'm 13. It is now April 6th 2010 and I'm scared because its been over 2 months since my first period. I know they are delayed until you get into the normal routine of them but I'm worried if something is wrong. I'm very small and i'm also worried that i might be deficient in the human growth hormone (HGH). Thanks for the advice :)

You can expect your periods to be irregular during your first menstrual year. There is nothing wrong with you, as this is perfectly normal. The growth hormone doesn't really play a part in this scenario. The irregularity is due to the imbalance of estrogen, the female hormone. Once this becomes established, the periods will settle into a regular monthly schedule.
