I'm 26 and finding it hard to shift excess fat and build lean muscle even with proper diet. I train 5 x 1 hour sessions a week 3 cardio and two resistance and have heard HGH can point me in the right direction.
Any advice on the subject will be appreciated.

Try Harder, you don't wanna be taking that shit it can lead to all sorts of problems like hormone imbalance.
ReplyDeleteTry eating less. If you consume 2000 calories a day but only burn 1500 your still going to gain weight.
Therefore, make sure your burn value is higher than you consumption rate. e.g. if you consume 2000 calories and burn 2100 calories you'll lose weight.
Good luck. Make sure your exercises are really strenuous.
Keep to a very low carb diet and a very low fat diet BUT keep to a very high protein diet.
The protein will maintain the muscles you have in the body and the surplus would repair the muscles that you have worked out therefore giving you muscle mass.
Run on the treadmill, trust me, running is the best way to shift off fat.
