I have tried interval training - sprinting then resting then sprinting but I don't know if that actually produces any HGH.
Also, how can I make enough to stay in my system for 24 hours - I'm trying to grow taller as well as gain more muscle mass. I'm 5ft 10 and my maxmimum potential height is 6ft 5.

heavy squats and deadlifts
