I think you're gonna have to expand the base of your knowledge. Insulin-like growth factor seems of interest mainly to university students, doctors, and researchers. Perhaps you should consult an encyclopedia. (I mean a *real* encyclopedia; Wikipedia likely won't help you.)

I don't get why you would want to take steroids. You could always do natural bodybuilding and steroids are illegal. Steroids will screw you up in both short term and long term. I cant tell you if you should but if it was me it would be a no.

oestrogen is a hormone which plays a vital role in sexual organs of both male and female.In male it is secreated by testes and it regulates the growth of sperm In female it secreated by ovaries and it promotes the secondary sexual characters like breasts, endometrium(layer inside the utreus).

good nutrition, better health systems to name a few. before people didn't have access to good food or any food at all. and if everyone is getting taller - they make children that are more likely to be tall as well.

My guess is no as your long bones have probably grown together by now and when that happens increases in height is stopped.
But then again I am not an endocrinologist, maybe you are different, but I would not wait long to see one as time is ticking.
