I heard that if you train 10 minutes above lactate threshold you release a lot more human growth hormone. I've read some things about it but I'm pretty confused.
How do I train above lactate threshold? Can you give me an example?

Your lactate threshold is typically around 90% of your maximum heartrate. This means you're running at a very fast pace and your muscles hurt. When you feel your muscles hurting, lactate is forming so you're above the threshold.
It's very, very hard to train for 10 minutes above your threshold. I've never heard of that hormone thing, thanks for sharing. I'll look into it.
Best of luck.
