There is alot of hype on this topic and I'm wondering how much if any is true. I have been intrested in what GH can do for your body. Althought mostly marketed to older people, I'm wondering if I can stimulate my pituitary to produce more human growth hormone (during my late teen years). If not I'm okay with that, but I think I should be taller than I am now! I'm 5'5 (18 year old girl) and my dad is 6'0 and my mom is 5'8. It seems like I got the short end of the stick (both my siblings are my parents height).
Thanks for any help!
