What's a natural human growth hormone?
Like instead of a doctor injecting growth hormones into me, is there anything I can eat to make me grow taller?

  1. there is really no answer for this one honey. your genetic makeup will have alot to do with your height. there is nothing you can take or eat to make you taller. just give it some time, you are still in the growing stage. and hey, there's nothing wrong with being short. short ppl can be cute too!! :)

  2. Your height is genetically determined and no synthetic hormones will change that but you can wear high heels to boost your height temporarily. You can also eat foods which are high in calcium and proteins to help growth. I'm 17, 4ft 11in and I love being the lil' shorty :) Just accept yourself for who you are.
